Mini-MEGAmun
MegaMUN is a model united nations conference taking place at Lycée Michel-Rodange in Luxembourg City.
MegaMUN reunites students from all over Europe to gain experience in MUN conferences, to learn about other cultures and to hone one's debating skills. We strive to make this conference an unforgettable experience, introducing students into the world of diplomacy and strenghtening their confidence.
Mini-MegaMUN 2026 (19.11-21.11) is the third MUN conference being held at LMRL. We are committed to organize a smaller MUN conference, in order to inspire upcoming future diplomats and create unforgettable memories. Wether it is your first time taking part in a debate or you have had your fair share of MUN conferences, the topics that are to be discussed will offer a wide range of perspectives on some of the important problems in the world.
In 3 committees and the General Assembly, the topics range from: Addressing the protection of future generations from nicotine and its harmful consumption (WHO) ; over to the issue of Female Genital Mutilation and Cutting (UNWOMEN) ; and discussing the ongoing war between the USA, Iran and their respective allies in the Middle East (SC). The committee sessions will be held at out school, LMRL, and as for the GA, we have a special location planned.
